Activities for our next class

Good afternoon dear students

Here I share with you some activities we are going to do for the next class.

Activities:

1.      Finish the activity you began to do during the second oral evaluation. (The copy I gave you)

2.      Bring your ideas for the play script about Good Luck Charlie.

3.      Present Progressive:

                               I.            Read the post about Present Progressive

                            II.            Watch the video of Mr. Bean and pay attention to the sentences that appeared in the video (the structure)

                         III.            Watch the video of the Pink Panther and write the actions she is doing using the Present Progressive.

4.      Groups for the presentations: These are the groups for the presentations. The presentations will be on October 21^st. In the groups, you will do two power point presentations to present the assigned celebrations.  

                               I.            Manuela Araque, Maria Antonia, Ana Paulina: Christmas and Mother’s day

                            II.            Mariana and Manuela Foronda: Halloween and St. Patrick’s day

                         III.            Joseph, Juan Sebastián and Andrés: Thanksgiving and the Fourth of July

            These are the aspects you are going to include in the presentations:

Ø  Date of the celebration

Ø  What do people do in this celebration?

Ø  History of the celebration

Ø  Images of the celebration

Ø  Your opinion about the celebrations

Ø  NOTE: In the presentation you can use some notes to remember information. You cannot READ the whole presentation.

NOTE: Remember that the next Saturday, October 14^th, we will have the Final Written Exam. Study!
